Kalisaya is dedicated to you, our customer. As such, we warrant all KaliPAK products against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with our published guidelines for a period of two years (one year for the battery pack) from the original date of purchase. Our accessories have a one year warranty.Should your KaliPAK product not work, we will fix the non-operative item at no charge.

Free Shipping 

Orders totaling $50 or more receive FREE standard ground shipping at checkout. Taxes, shipping, discounts, protection plans, gift cards and gift-wrapping charges do not count toward the minimum qualifying purchase. This offer applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Does not include shipping surcharges (additional oversized freight charges may apply). 

Shipping & Handling

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Canadian customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes, transportation, storage, and insurance costs (the 'Shipping and Handling fees') upon delivery of the shipment.

International Process Fee

When you place an international order, you authorize a broker to act as your agent to submit shipments to customs and other regulatory agencies for clearance. The International Processing Fee includes all taxes, duties, and related administrative expenses to send the goods to your "ship to" location. You will be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

Return/ Warranty Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days to receive a full refund (except freight charges). After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with every product. If you have questions, please contact help@kalisayapower.com

Please be sure to register your KaliPAK beforehand to expedite the process. All products require a valid proof of purchase.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA from customer service at help@kalisayapower.com.

Transporting & Shipping your KaliPAK

Due to IATA Regulations, the KaliPAK cannot be transported via commercial airlines. Please refer to your user manual to learn additional information.
